Lip CC comes in two kinds. Lipsticks sit in the lipstick slot and add colour. Lip textures add lines, shine or fullness and are often made for skin details or another slot, so they can be worn under a lipstick. Check the creator's notes before layering two pieces, because items in the same slot replace each other.

Many lipsticks come in a long row of swatches, from nudes to bold reds. Natural lip textures suit any Sim, so they're worth a look for male Sims too.

Why doesn't my lipstick show on my Sim?

Check that it's enabled for your Sim's age. If another item already uses the lipstick slot, the new one replaces it rather than layering.

Does lip CC need packs?

Almost never. Lipsticks and lip textures are base game compatible unless the listing names a pack.
