MB Villa Bella Vita

by matomibotaki · hosted on The Sims Resource

A large two-storey family home with an uptown look, set in a garden with fountains, a terrace and a pool. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sits on a 40 by 30 lot, and is fully furnished and decorated throughout. Inside you will find a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a chimney and an upstairs reading area. It is free, and it makes a natural home for a wealthy legacy family.

Good to know: You need the Romantic Garden Stuff pack for the decor. The page also says the creator used cheats to enlarge objects and bb.moveobjects, so you may need them to recreate the layout.
