MB Rounded Corners Home

by matomibotaki · hosted on The Sims Resource

A modern Sims 4 residential lot: a two-storey family home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on a 30x20 lot. Downstairs there is a bright entrance and hall, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a fireplace and a chess and desk corner, and a bathroom. Upstairs an open gallery staircase leads to the master bedroom, two kids' bedrooms and a second bathroom. It is a ready-made home for a young family. Outside there is a raised terrace, a pool, a decorated garden and space for a car. The lot is fully furnished and decorated, valued at §130,650, and the download is only 204 KB. It needs Eco Lifestyle, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, Get Together and Get to Work (EP), Jungle Adventure, Dine Out and Spa Day (GP) and Tiny Living (SP).

Good to know: The home uses the creator's MB-StylishStuccoA wall pack from The Sims Resource, so install it first for the build to look as intended. Some objects were resized with bb.moveobjects, so turn that cheat on before you move furniture. It needs six expansion packs, three game packs and a stuff pack.
