Bel Air Luxury
by danuta72 · hosted on CurseForge
A Sims 4 luxury villa on a 50x50 lot built for a large family. The ground floor holds a kitchen, living room, bar, two bathrooms, an office or library and a gym, and the upper floors have the bedrooms. Outside there is a big pool and a barbecue and relaxation area. It suits a rich family legacy.
Good to know: The lot costs 258,800 and the creator says it uses no CC. The page lists 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the update note while the older text says five bedrooms. A basement level can be furnished as garages or a utility room. The May 2026 update fixed a game update bug and added a kids room, decor and a balcony roof. Pack requirements not stated by the creator; assumed base game.
