Sunny Palms Estate

by Xandralynn · hosted on The Sims Resource

A Sims 4 residential lot: a spacious Mediterranean-style family home on a 40x30 lot, fully furnished and decorated. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a master suite and two kids' bedrooms that share a bathroom, plus an office, a powder and laundry room, and breakfast, living and dining areas. Outside there is a party pavilion and a pool, which makes it an easy pick for a family that loves to host. The creator built it on the Rio Verde lot in Oasis Springs, and the lot's listed value is 217,971. The second floor is decorative only.

Good to know: It uses a lot of packs: nine expansion packs, five game packs and ten stuff packs, including Island Living, Seasons and Eco Lifestyle. It also uses 11 CC items by Severinka, Ineliz, Simcredible, Lexo1, Pralinesims and Rirann, so download those first. The creator built it with bb.moveobjects. Lots go in your Tray folder.
