A Sims 4 social mod that turns the Welcome Wagon into a proper housewarming. About eight of your Sim's friends come round instead of two neighbours, and they bring chocolate cupcakes instead of fruitcake. The party lasts four hours, and a hidden buff stops it repeating every day; it clears when Sims move to a new neighbourhood. The download has two versions, one with friends and one with eight neighbours, so install only one. It may not work in brand-new saves or for Sims with no friends yet.
Good to know: No packs listed. The creator suggests removing it before moving a household to StrangerVille.
