A Sims 4 childcare mod that reworks the nanny service so it works better for busy families. It changes how nannies respond to crying infants and nappies and lets you choose the nanny's age, uniform and working hours. Larger households can hire a second nanny, infant care was improved in 2023, and talking with the nanny was restored. The creator keeps it current through patches, most recently for 1.128 in September 2026, and has checked the catalogue with 1.129.
Good to know: No packs listed. Requires XML Injector. Add-ons need the main mod plus one working-time and one age option.
