Gameplay Tweaks
Advanced Birth Certificate
by Littlemssam · hosted on CurseForge
A Sims 4 family mod that expands the birth certificate from Get to Work. Babies born at home or in hospital get a certificate, and certificates can be renamed. Vampires, mermaids, spellcasters, werewolves and fairies each get their own certificate design. It supports a popular childbirth mod, and a May 2026 fix stopped duplicate certificates for hospital births. It is a small keepsake touch for legacy and family players who like to keep a record of every generation.
