Residential Lots
Submarine
by Kaibellvert · hosted on Blogspot
A residential lot built as a small submarine that sits in the water, with a brown ribbed hull and a small cabin on top. Sims can watch and study the underwater world from inside it. The lot is 30 by 40, and it would suit an adventurous family or a marine biology storyline.
Good to know: The page lists many required packs, so check it first, and the creator asks you to turn on moveobjects before placing the lot.
