Residential Lots
Little Tykes Family Daycare Completely
by kiimy_2_Sweet · hosted on Mod The Sims
A family daycare lot on a 30 by 20 plot, where you care for children in your own home. The garage has been turned into the main daycare classroom with a toddler potty station and a children's rest room, and the kitchen, living and dining areas are combined. Upstairs there are two bedrooms that can be locked off from the rest of the house while the children are being cared for. It is a natural setting for a family daycare storyline.
Good to know: The creator built it around the Babysitter career mod by Kawaiistacie, which you need for the daycare job, and the second upstairs bedroom is unfurnished.
