A Sims 4 health mod that rebuilds illness around doctor's clinics and appointments. Sims can catch seasonal colds and flu, ear, sinus and strep infections, norovirus and mononucleosis, have regional pollen allergies or suffer a heart attack that needs surgery and follow-up medication. Sims book check-ups and sick visits, and caregivers are called away for appointments. Check-ups are free and sick visits much cheaper when someone in the household has a standard career. Medicine can be kept in cabinets or pillboxes or ordered online, a free healthcare cheat is included, and clinic lots come with the download.
Good to know: Requires Get to Work (EP); other packs unlock extra allergens. When checked, the page listed compatibility with the March 2026 patch, so check it after updating. It does not work with More Buyable Venue Medical Clinics.
