Residential Lots
Penthouse Fountainview
by Havem · hosted on Mod The Sims
A residential lot in San Myshuno with a 30 by 20 footprint, set as a modern penthouse with a glass greenhouse room and a rooftop garden. It has traits for gardening and painting, and the creator fills it with plants that are mostly from the base game and outdoor packs, which makes it a lovely home for a green-fingered Sim.
Good to know: The creator lists the CC used on the lot, from several makers, so check that list before you download the lot.
