No More Welcome Wagon

A gameplay tweak that shortens the Welcome Wagon event to one Sim minute rather than removing it completely. It comes in three packages, one each for the base game, Island Living and StrangerVille.
Good to know: The creator says it is compatible with the Infants update and recommends a separate mod to stop negative relationship gain with neighbours.
