Magical Study Spot Lot Trait
by batsandbabydolls · hosted on Mod The Sims
A Sims 4 lot trait that brings a little of the Magic Realm to any community lot other than Magic HQ. On a lot with the trait, the three Magic Sages appear in their usual roles, spellcasters can search any bookcase for magic tomes, and visiting spellcasters practise magic on their own. The Sages behave just as they do in the Magic Realm, so you can still ask them to teach you spells and potions. A Lot Challenge version was added on 9 October; install only one of the two. The creator suggests a magical library in Windenburg or a spellcaster high school in Copperdale.
Good to know: Needs Realm of Magic (GP). On a busy active high school with lots of mods the Sages can take a while to appear, so leave the lot on normal speed until they do. It doesn't make spellcasters more likely to visit.
