No Fatness / No Muscles MOD

A gameplay mod that stops a Sim's body from changing day to day, so the physique set in Create a Sim stays the same. It comes as two separate downloads, No Fatness and No Muscles, and you can use one or both.
Good to know: Put the zip files in your Mods folder without extracting them, and delete the zip to uninstall. The creator confirmed it still works with a game patch from 2014 and does not need an update, and the Python source is included in the zip if you want to read it.
