Residential Lots
Millionaire’s Home
by Simalien · hosted on The Sims Resource
A three-storey mansion in teal and white with a glass roof, columned balconies and a pool at the back. The adult bedroom has a walk-in closet and an office, the teen room has a small workout corner and a lounge, and the kids room has a play room attached. It is free to download and has three bedrooms and one bathroom, on a 50 by 40 lot in Del Sol Valley. It would suit a wealthy legacy family.
Good to know: The creator says it uses no custom content, and it has only one bathroom, so you may want to convert a room if your household is large.
