Elven Cottage
by Pralinesims · hosted on The Sims Resource
A fairytale cottage with a timber frame, a stone base, a wooden staircase and a garden full of flowers and mushrooms. The lot is fully furnished and decorated throughout, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two stories on a 40 by 30 lot. It is a natural base for a fairy-tale or fantasy legacy.
Good to know: The creator notes that custom content is used throughout the lot.
