Residential Lots
Dorm Hall Drake Renovation
by xmathyx · hosted on Mod The Sims
A renovation of a dorm hall that uses only the base game and Discover University. The common areas have two computers, bookcases, a TV and a stereo. There are also two easels, a chess board and three toilets and showers, and the showers give more privacy than the original version. There are eight bedrooms with two beds each and their own colour schemes, which gives room for sixteen students. It would suit a university storyline or a school-days legacy.
