Work/Study Hard Gains More Performance
by egureh · hosted on Mod The Sims
A careers mod that increases the performance Sims gain at work and school, and it works on many away actions across careers such as Secret Agent, Gardener and Activist. It only boosts performance, so Sims still have to complete the extra requirements that the job asks for.
Good to know: The creator's update for game version 1.77.146 added Interior Decorator support.
