Visit Any Sim

This mod adds a Visit Sim option to every portrait in your active Sim's relationship panel, so you can travel straight to that Sim's home. There is no need to hunt through Manage Worlds or remember where everyone lives, and since the 3 October update your Sim arrives on the lot with you. It is handy for legacy players with grown children scattered across several households.
Good to know: It is a script mod, so turn on Script Mods Allowed. The 19 October changelog says XML Injector is no longer required, although the requirements section still mentions it. One simmer notes that you arrive outside and still need to be let in like a normal visit.
