Monochrome House
by Rubyred Sims3 · hosted on Blogspot
A black and white house on a 30 by 30 lot, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is a rebuild of the creator's Sims 3 Monochrome House, made for Sims 4 for fans who asked for it.
Good to know: Enable the bb.moveobjects cheat before placing the lot. The download is linked in the description box of the creator's YouTube video.
