ModGuard: Mod Malware Protection

A Sims 4 safety mod that blocks the common methods compromised mod files use to download malware. If a file tries, ModGuard tracks which mod it was and lets you know, so you can remove it straight away. It also alerts the ModGuard team so affected modders can be warned about compromised accounts. The creator is open that this is a cat-and-mouse game and new workarounds may appear, and recommends downloading only from creators' official pages and watching for imposter accounts with misspelled names.
Good to know: No packs listed. Script mod. It is not antivirus software, so safe downloading habits still matter. The creator lists Patreon, TwistedMexi.com and CurseForge as the only official places to get it.
