Less Autonomous Reading

A simple tuning mod that makes Sims much less likely to pick up a book on their own when they see a bookshelf. The chance drops from 0.75 to 0.20, and the creator kept the high chances for special traits and lots to make the game feel a little more realistic.
Good to know: A second, quieter version called EvenLessReading takes the chance down to 0.05. The mod edits three interaction tuning files, so it can conflict with other mods that change them.
