Bartending & Bars Revamp

This mod fixes the problem of bartenders not serving drinks, so drinks are served normally most of the time. It turns off the bartender's Practice Making Drinks and Practice Bar Tricks, which were interfering with serving customers, but your active Sim can still practice them from the pie menu. Their One Liner and Tell Story routines now have a lock-out of about an hour.

Good to know: The creator's version 4 is for the 1.19 patch. When you use the new version, remove the first mod file from your Mods folder. The creator also notes that a bartender may still occasionally walk away without serving when shifts change over.
