by sasha973 · hosted on Mod The Sims
A cheat mod that lets Sims buy perks for free. The download has nine files, including an all-in-one file. The perks it covers include Aspiration, Club, Restaurant and Vampire perks, among others.
Good to know: The Free Aspiration Perks file is outdated in V1, so install V1.2 instead.
